Rabat

Morocco's quiet, walkable capital, the city for travelers tired of being hustled.

Why visit Rabat

Rabat gets unfairly skipped. It's the political capital, much quieter than Marrakech or Fes, with a beautiful kasbah, a real beach, and zero souk hustle. Worth 1–2 days especially if you're using the high-speed train between Tangier and Casablanca.
