I stayed for four days over New Year, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The check-in process could have been better for a 5-star hotel. When I arrived at 12 pm, the room was not ready yet, so I completed the check-in formalities and went out to explore the city. A few hours later, the room was ready. When I asked the reception for some information about the hotel, I was told that they had already informed me earlier. I honestly didn’t remember receiving that information, and I felt it wouldn’t have been difficult to explain it once again. The welcome felt a little bit cold compared to what I would expect from a 5-star property. That being said, the rest of my stay was amazing. The room was excellent, the restaurant was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed the spa and massage facilities. A special thanks to the lovely ladies, Ilham and Hiba, who took great care of us during our spa and massage sessions. Also, thank you to the porter, Mr. Abdel Gofar (I hope I got the name right), for his kindness and assistance. Overall, despite the small issue at check-in, I would still rate my stay 5 out of 5. Thank you for a memorable New Year stay!

Unforgettable experience with this magical five star hotel. An exceptional welcoming from the reception with a Moroccan tea and sweets. They asked us to have a seat while they will do everything for the chick in. Our suite where spacious with breathtaking view of Marrakesh and Atlas Mountains. We always come back to a super clean room. We tried their breakfast and was reaaly so good. Must mention that all staff at the hotel were attentive and well trained. Definitely recommended and would love to come back here again.

The hotel is located very close to the city center, which is a big advantage and makes sightseeing and getting around the area much easier. The check-in process itself went very smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere. The only big surprise was that I could not pay the deposit with a contactless card – which nowadays seems quite unusual and inconvenient. We were supposed to have a beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains. During check-in, the receptionist even offered us a room upgrade, also with a view. The room itself was large and spacious, however, the view we received was unfortunately largely blocked by a hall or building under construction on the other side of the hotel. In addition, because of the construction noise, it was practically impossible to open the window, which significantly reduced the comfort of our stay. At check-out, we were charged for items from the minibar, even though we had not used anything. After we pointed this out, the staff removed the charge without any problem. However, after returning to the room, it turned out that those items were in fact missing from the minibar. The situation was very unsettling and raises the question of whether the staff remove the items beforehand and then try to charge guests for them. The hotel definitely has potential – its very good location, friendly check-in staff and a large, comfortable room are clear advantages. Unfortunately, considering the price, the disappointing view, construction noise and the very unpleasant situation with the minibar made our overall impression of the stay rather mixed.
