What a wonderful jewel of a Place. All staff work so hard and are always friendly and keen to make you so welcome and comfortable. From breakfast with an amazing range, the pool staff and wonderful drinks and food being served at the sun loungers. The couples hammam was fun and really invigorating, and today I had a wonderful relaxing massage and manicure thanks to Siham. Your hotel helped to make our 21st wedding anniversary very special, thank you 🤩

The hotel impresses with its attention to detail. The interior is soothing to the eye, and the Moroccan style is beautifully presented. The room was spotlessly clean - thank you, Halima. The bed was extremely comfortable. The food was tasty and well prepared. The only reason I’m not giving a full score is the level of engagement from the staff. Not everyone, but many employees seemed more focused on conversations and their phones than on guests and the overall wellbeing of the hotel. Thanks to Fatima for a lovely breakfast attention.

5 star vibe The friendly staff, the location overlooking the ocean with beach access, the luxurious pool complex with excellent outdoor restaurant & bar, the decor, the Riad, and the cool music - all combine to make this a 5 star vibe. We had a 4 night pre-Christmas mini break in December and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - at the concierge’s recommendation we did the 3 hour private City Tour. It was excellent and very good value - we were lucky to catch Santa Claus arriving at the hotel… on a camel! - we walked the beautiful beach to the Marina for lunch - we watched glorious sunsets - we ate in all the restaurants in the hotel. All were excellent particularly the outside pool restaurant and the waiter service there was beyond exceptional - the Lychee Martini cocktail is an absolute triumph - I was treated to a tea at breakfast one morning that was created for me, poured in the traditional way (3 times) with great ceremony. Delightful. I read the Google reviews before we stayed and I would agree that by international standards it may not have all the attributes of an international 5 star hotel. But whatever one considers it lacks, it is more than made up by the total experience which in my view is beyond 5 star and hard to find these days. This is primarily down to the genuine friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. I hope to be back soon.
